Our women’s-only facility, located in a beautiful Kitsilano neighbourhood, promotes a non-intimidating environment where women can achieve their highest potential – physically, mentally and spiritually.

At Blythe, wellness doesn't start and end with your fitness session. We provide the following amenities for everyone who visits our studio:

- A spacious dressing area complete with everything you need to freshen up after a session
Included in our space is a relaxing Radiant Health Sauna. This infrared sauna operates at a safer, lower temperature than traditional saunas and offers many additional health benefits!
How it works:
Infrared is a radiant source of heat that expends only 20% of its energy on heating the air with 80% directly warming the body. This deep penetration of radiant heat causes you to sweat 2-3 times more than you would in a conventional sauna, stimulating the deeper tissues and organs that release stored fat and toxins.

Our friendly, certified fitness professionals are here to help and support you every step of the way. Get to know more about your trainers by reading their personal fitness journeys below.
Agnes' fitness journey began in 2009 when she went back to school for Cardiac Sciences. Spending the majority of her days sitting at a desk, immersed in an intense program, Agnes began experiencing chronic back pain. After graduation, she sought the professional expertise of a personal trainer who taught her the fundamentals of fitness and healthy living, including how to fix her posture, which helped eliminated her pain over time. She continued to broaden her knowledge of the fitness industry and soon after became a certified personal trainer herself through Canfitpro. Having personally dealt with the same issues her clients face, Agnes is able to identify how to help and educate women to support them in reaching their goals. Agnes specializes in posture correction, weight loss and educating clients on proper technique and form.
Fitness has been a lifelong component of Rebekah’s life. Growing up, she trained in ballet for 15 years and participated in track and field throughout her youth. A Certified Personal Trainer and Exercise Therapy Practitioner, Rebekah received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology and Human Kinetics from the University of British Columbia. She is a Certified Aquatic Rehabilitation Specialist, a Functional Movement Systems Provider and is currently studying to be a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. Rebekah continues her swimming fitness and remains an active member in the Vancouver and Richmond Lifeguard communities. She also plays competitive soccer in the Metro Women's Soccer League. Backed by 10 years of experience in rehabilitation and fitness, Rebekah is committed to inspiring and motivating her clients achieve their health and fitness goals by helping to rehabilitate injury, improve movement quality, increase strength and promote overall health and fitness.
Corey has been passionate about maintaining an active and healthy lifestyle since she was four-years-old, when she began dancing competitively. At age 16, she began volunteering at her local gym where she learned to lift weights safely and effectively. Since then, Corey has experimented with many other forms of fitness, including Zumba, Barre and Kickboxing! She is dedicated to helping people at all fitness levels reach their full potential and accomplish their fitness goals. Corey is certified by Canfitpro and specializes in weight loss, and teaching proper form and technique.
